SHIPMENT

There are thee basic steps to ship the samples to the EHI lab in Denmark, EU.

Paperwork

In addition to the sample data sheet, you will need to prepare documentation required for the shipment, which includes the shipment declaration and export permit documents.

Boxing

You will need to order a styrophoam box with dry ice big enougn to fit the sampling kits to be shipped to EHI lab in Denmark.

Shipping

You will need to request a express 24/48h shipment

Sample data sheet

There is no need to include the sample data sheet in the physical shipment, you can send it to us by email.

2. Boxing

Styrophoam box

It is usually provided with the dry ice, so just make sure it is big enough to fit both the dry ice (abundant) and the sampling kit.

Dry ice

You might order it to a local specialised company, or request it to the courier.

Sample boxes

Fit one or multiple sample boxes within the styrophoam box.

Stickers

Add the DRY ICE and EHI stickers to the parcel to increase the chance for a smooth shipment.
