EHI follows the GSC-developed data reporting standard designed for accurate reporting of contextual information for samples associated with genomic and metagenomic sequencing.

MIMS

Minimum Information about Metagenomic Sequences

All the data archived in public repositories contains the metadata defined in the MIGS and MIMS standards. This data is compiled from field researchers and laboratory personnel to ensure all generated data are comparable to other studies.
